Why we started?
Our Managing Director Kasia Mieczkowski started Eye For Recruitment as she felt there was a gap in the market for a Recruitment Agency that offered exceptional customer service, integrity, honesty and affordability all while servicing both clients and candidates.
“Having started my career as an Accountant within medium and large mid-tier Accounting public practice firms, as well as within small family run business operations gave me great insight into the needs and struggles of business’ on a day to day basis and the positive impact that having the right people working for them can have!
Having worked in Senior Recruitment positions for over a decade now within the Perth market has also given me an industry edge and opportunity to learn about and know my local market, clients, candidates as well as the basics like knowing that someone in Fremantle doesn’t want to travel to Joondalup on the daily!
I have also been able to build rapport and form long term relationships with both clients and candidates that I have dealt with over the years, which I take pride in, and have had the opportunity to work Exclusively with many of my clients due to the quality of service provided and how efficient and effective it is.
