Eye For Recruitment is a WA based company that offers Recruitment Services to a wide range of industries within a variety of permanent roles. We will work alongside your business and assist you with your recruitment needs so that your business can grow and flourish with the right staff aboard.

We do not want to a be a once off contact for a quick fix recruitment solution but rather want to build long term relationships with our clients in which we are considered a confidant who is there to help your business grow through the recruitment of the right staff.

Recruitment firms are often considered to have not the most favourable of reputations for a variety of reasons and are most often stereotypically known for their salesy approach, lack of ethics, and 18% of salary fees. That is not what we are about!

We want to work in partnership with you to assist you with your business requirements and to learn about your business needs for the long term. We will always be honest and upfront with you including in our flat recruitment fee structure and will spend quality time on your position no matter how big or small the requirements are to make sure you get the right person for the job as we know that time and costs involved when you are taking on a new team member.

We rely heavily on word of mouth referrals and as such we hope to provide all clients and candidates with a fantastic service that they are happy to recommend to their family and friends.

Candidates are the life blood of our industry and can often be forgotten or considered part of the process. We understand and value the importance great candidates have and once again hope to form long term relationships with candidates so that if a friend asks about a Recruitment Agency they are happy and know to point them in our direction.
